Local Delivery

We're proud to offer a FREE local delivery service using our own Dogtropolis® driver. If you live within one of our eligible Kent delivery areas, you can skip the courier and have your order delivered directly to your door during one of our scheduled evening delivery runs.

Areas We Cover

Our Local Delivery option will automatically become available at checkout if your delivery address falls within one of the following postcode areas:

  • TN15 6 – West Kingsdown & Kemsing Borders
  • TN15 7 – Wrotham, Stansted & Vigo Village
  • DA3 7 & DA3 8 – Hartley, Longfield & New Ash Green
  • DA4 0 – Farningham & Eynsford
  • TN14 5 – Otford & Shoreham Valley

If your postcode is eligible, simply select Local Delivery during checkout.

Delivery Days

We currently deliver locally on:

  • Monday evenings
  • Thursday evenings

Orders are delivered on the next available local delivery day after your order has been placed.

Same-Day Deliver Cut-Off Time

Place your order before 1:00 PM on a Monday or Thursday to receive same-day evening delivery.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be scheduled for the next available local delivery evening.

Minimum Order Value

To qualify for our Local Delivery service:

  • Minimum order value: £20.00
  • Delivery charge: FREE

There are no additional delivery fees for qualifying local orders.

How It Local Delivery Works

1. Shop Online

Browse our range and add your favourite products to your basket. Your order must total £20.00 or more to qualify.

2. Checkout

Enter your delivery address during checkout. If you're within one of our local delivery areas, the Local Delivery option will automatically appear for you to select.

3. We'll Be In Touch

Once your order has been received, we'll contact you by text message or email to confirm your estimated evening delivery window and any delivery instructions, such as a safe place if you're not home.

4. We Deliver

Your order will be delivered by a member of the Dogtropolis® team, ensuring your products arrive safely with the personal service our local customers know and trust.

If nobody is available to accept your delivery and we have not received authorised safe-place instructions, we will securely return your order to our local depot rather than leaving it unattended.

We will automatically attempt delivery again on our next scheduled local delivery evening (Monday or Thursday).

If you know you won't be home, please let us know in advance by replying to our delivery message or by texting 07594453699 with your order number and clear authorised safe-place instructions. This helps us complete your delivery safely and avoids unnecessary delays.
