Established in 2021 by Hannah Cheesman, Dogtropolis is built on a lifelong commitment to care: 20 years of real canine expertise alongside an almost 20-year neonatal and children's nursing career. We’re an award-winning, independent shop that puts your dog first.

By hand-selecting and checking every treat for quality, suitability and traceability, we provide a simple, expert shortcut to the very best.

At Dogtropolis, we’ve brought those high clinical standards to the pet industry because we know that health starts with what goes into the bowl. We only ever stock the best: if a treat isn't high-quality, traceable, and good enough for our own three Staffies, it doesn't make it onto our shelves.
We’ve brought the clinical logic of the ward to Dogtropolis, with our Triage System. All our treats/chews are categorised into three levels to help you choose:
• Level 1 (The Gentle Selection): Perfect for puppies, seniors or lighter snackers.
• Level 2 (The Moderate Selection): The everyday, satisfying natural crunch & enrichment.
• Level 3 (The Power Selection): For the serious power chewers or long-lasting chews.
