Shipping policy

At Dogtropolis®, we offer four delivery options.

FREE UK delivery on orders over £50.00.*
FREE Local Delivery on orders over £20.00.

Delivery Options

Tracked 48 - Standard delivery (usually 2–3 working days) – from £4.99

Tracked 24 - Express delivery (usually 1–2 working days) – from £5.99

Express 48/24 - For parcels over 20kg – from £19.99

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 1:00pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day.

Orders containing personalised items are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.

If a bank holiday falls within the estimated delivery period, please allow an additional two working days for delivery. Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.

During busy periods, dispatch may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay to your order, we will contact you by email or telephone.

Split Deliveries

Occasionally, we may dispatch your order in separate shipments due to stock availability or another genuine operational reason. You will never be charged any additional delivery costs,and we will contact you if this is necessary.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

Although uncommon, delivery delays, lost parcels or damaged orders can occasionally occur. If this happens, please contact us as soon as possible. Please also refer to our Returns Policy and Terms & Conditions.

* We generally deliver to addresses within Mainland UK only. If we agree to deliver outside this area, additional delivery charges, import duties, customs charges or local taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
