  • There is NO expiry date for the points you have earned.
  • There is NO minimum purchase amount in order to redeem your points.
  • Points are rewarded for successful orders.
  • Points are revoked for refunded orders.
  • Points are not rewarded for shipping costs.
  • Only one coupon/reward/discount code can be used per order.
  • Discount codes earned from the Loyalty Rewards Scheme cannot be used towards subscriptions.
  • Points may be added to accounts manually for competitions and other events - at the discretion of Dogtropolis®.
  • Free Shipping applies to UK Mainland Delivery only.
