We allow both guests & members to earn rewards but they can only be redeemed by becoming a member.
Points (Paw Points) are rewarded for successful orders. For each order 4 Paw Points are rewarded for every £1 spent (excluding shipping cost).
By signing up to our scheme you'll gain 50 Paw Points.
Add your dog's birthday and you'll receive 100 Paw Points annually on this date.
Points may be added to accounts manually for competitions and other events - at the discretion of Dogtropolis®.
You can redeem clicking on the present icon on the bottom right of the screen. Once logged into your account your points can be redeemed. You can also use the 'click here' link at the top of this page.
You will then be given a code to use at checkout and your order will then be adjusted accordingly.
500 Paw Points = 5% off
1000 Paw Points = 10% off
1500 Paw Points = 15% off
2000 Paw Points = Free Shipping (Tracked 48)
There is NO expiry date for the points you have earned.
Points are rewarded for successful orders and revoked for refunded/cancelled orders.
If an order is partially returned then only the points for the returned items are revoked.
Points are not rewarded for shipping costs.
Only one coupon/reward/discount code can be used per order.
Discount codes cannot be used in addition to our Special Offers and/or products already discounted.
Discount codes earned from the Loyalty Rewards Scheme cannot be used towards subscriptions.
