Our Pure Yak Snacks are made from a traditional recipe using high-quality milk from healthy, free-to-roam yaks and cows at high altitudes (15,000 ft+) that feed on the freshest grass and native herbs in the Himalayas.
Our Yak Snacks differ from many others as we feature a minimum of 40% authentic Yak milk in every single bar! While some alternatives utilise minimal yak dairy, our premium blend delivers an exceptionally rich flavor profile. This dense milk concentration is exactly what makes our bars remarkably solid and extra long-lasting.
Using a traditional 6-step process, they contain a simple combination of Yak and Cow milk, a touch of Salt, and Lime juice. Each bar is lovingly handmade in the Himalayas and smoked, which leads to the unique golden colour and distinct markings on every piece.
